领袖风采系列之二 Jeffery Immelt
作为GE新任CEO，Jeffery Immelt的到来，着实让我有点兴奋。 虽然在继任Jack Welch的一周之内美国就遭受了9·11袭击，但是GE四年多来的稳定业绩，以及其卓具眼光的战略布局，让Immelt不愧为全球最佳CEO的称号。
演讲开始前十分钟，整个报告大厅里就已经堆满了人，这在以前非常罕见。我实在没办法，只好跑到前排和Executive们抢位子。这位掌管着GE这个超级航母企业的世界级领袖，虽然年纪不满五十，却也已满头银发（让我想起了刘二飞，呵呵），看来当个领导真是不容易啊； 尽管如此，他仍然精神抖擞，气度非凡。主持人开玩笑，说你出生在Cincinnati（距离我们学校一个小时车程），却没有读迈阿密大学，跑去达特茅斯，实在是我们的损失啊！Immelt笑了笑，估计在想：要是读了你们学校，我就完了！呵呵。
整个演讲，站位很高，放眼全球，运筹帷幄。GE是全球化的受益者，自然也是其拥护者。演讲内容主要分为以下几部分：

Q&A, 期间有个pp的大陆mm问他对中国的看法，Immelt 于是开始狂赞中国，滔滔不绝，你想，中国是GE利润增长最快的国家，他能不喜欢吗？
短短一个小时的演讲，当然不能说我真的学到了什么，但 Immelt 作为全球最佳CEO，那种领袖的魅力，毕竟是让人激动不已和无限向往滴。
